How do I download my invoice or receipt?

Stripe emails a receipt after every payment, and an invoice for every subscription charge. Here is where to find them and what to do if you cannot.

Receipts and invoices are issued by Stripe, our payment processor, and sent to the email address on your Plot Party account, the one you sign in with.

What you receive

  • Subscription payments, including the first payment, every renewal and every upgrade, come with an invoice and a receipt. The email has links to view the invoice online and to download it as a PDF.
  • Booster purchases are one-time payments and come with a receipt.

The email arrives shortly after the payment succeeds. Search your inbox for Stripe or Plot Party, and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

Payment Records in the app

Click your Plot Points balance and choose Payment Records to see the plan name, amount and date of every payment you have made. This is useful for checking what was charged and when, but the PDFs themselves are not stored in the app; they are in the Stripe emails.

Cannot find an invoice?

Use Contact support below and include:

  1. The email address on your Plot Party account.
  2. The date and amount of the payment, as shown in Payment Records or on your card statement.

We will send you the invoice or receipt PDF, or resend the original email. We reply within eight hours.

Need your company details on the invoice?

By default the invoice shows your account email only. To add a company name, billing address or VAT or tax ID, see adding a VAT or tax ID to your invoices.
